Agreement

These terms apply to sessions, workshops, commissions, and other services provided by Auburn Intuitive LLC. Booking a session means you accept them.

The nature of this work

Tarot and astrology sessions are offered for reflection, insight, and personal exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a diagnosis or a treatment. Decisions you make after a session are your own. If you are dealing with a health or legal matter, please consult a qualified professional.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked by text or through the contact form. Payment is due in full before the session unless otherwise agreed. TODO (Danielle): confirm accepted payment methods and whether a deposit is required for longer sessions and commissions.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed appointments, may be charged in full. If Danielle needs to reschedule, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund.

Recordings and materials

Session recordings, written notes, and chart materials are provided for your personal use. Please don’t publish, sell, or redistribute them. Copyright in all written material, artwork, decks, and color charts remains with Danielle Delceppo and Auburn Intuitive LLC.

Commissioned artwork

Astrological color charts are made to order. Timelines, format, and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Because each piece is unique to your chart, commissions are non-refundable once painting has started. TODO (Danielle): confirm typical turnaround time.

Group and corporate engagements

Workshops, off-sites, and team sessions are arranged under a separate written agreement covering scope, fee, travel, and cancellation.

Conduct

Sessions are a space of mutual respect. Danielle may end a session without refund if a participant is abusive or unsafe.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auburn Intuitive LLC’s liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
