Who we are
Auburn Tarot & Astrology is a practice operated by Auburn Intuitive LLC, based in Portland, Oregon. You can reach us by text at 1-971-645-6246 or through the contact form.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you choose to write in your message. This is used to reply to you and to arrange sessions. Nothing more.
When you book a reading. To cast a chart we need your date, time, and place of birth. We treat birth data as confidential personal information. It is used to prepare and deliver your reading and is not sold, shared, published, or used in examples without your explicit permission.
When you subscribe. Your email address, and your name if you give it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Session recordings. Most sessions include an audio recording, which we send to you. TODO (Danielle): confirm how long recordings are retained before deletion.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for anyone other than you.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. TODO (Jess): if privacy-respecting analytics are added later, name the provider here and describe what it records.
Service providers
A small number of companies process data on our behalf: our website host, our email provider, and our newsletter provider. Each of them only receives what they need to do their job. TODO (Jess): name the newsletter provider once chosen.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the contact details above and we will respond within thirty days. Deleting your birth data means we can no longer reference your chart in future sessions.
Children
This site and these services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Readings for minors are arranged only with a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
